HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT?

Booking at least two weeks in advance is recommended to secure your desired date.

WHEN IS THE TOTAL DUE?

When you book us for your event, the full catering amount is due at the time of booking to reserve your date.

Because we often book months in advance and can only service one event per truck per time slot, full payment guarantees your date, protects your experience, and allows our team to prepare at the highest level for your special occasion.

Your event is not considered confirmed until payment is received in full.

DOES BAG LADY'S FRY JOINT PROVIDE CONDIMENTS, UTENSILS, TRASH CANS, AND NAPKINS?

Absolutely! We supply all the essentials for your guests to enjoy their meals.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A PERMIT FOR MY EVENT?

Permit requirements vary by location. We can assist in determining if a permit is necessary and manage its cost as part of your event fee if applicable.

SERVICE CHARGES AND GRATUITIES

An Operational Fee of 23% applies to all events, with an 18% gratuity also applied to reward our staff for their hard work.

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?

We serve events within a 50-mile radius of Bag Lady's Fry Joint without a travel fee. Events outside this area may incur additional charges to cover travel expenses.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 'HOSTED', 'PRIVATE', AND 'PUBLIC' EVENTS?

Hosted Event: The host pays for everything, allowing guests to enjoy without worry.

Private Event: An event for invited guests where each pays individually.

Public Event: Open to anyone, with each person paying for their food.

IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR A FOOD TRUCK EVENT?

Yes, we require a $2,000 food and beverage minimum for all events, not including taxes and additional fees.
